August 8, 2012

Venture funds Prostor Capital and Runa Capital invested $3 million in exchange for minority share in company Infratel that is engaged in the development of Internet telephony. Infratel is planning to use allocated funds to open cloud telephony platform for small businesses and strengthen their own presence on the global market.

This is the first round funding so new investors bought a minority share in the project. Attracted investments will go to developing projects and global expansion.

Company integrated online telephone service with cloud infrastructure thus providing convenient service for small and medium businesses. Detailed strategy provides hosting providers maximum return on investments and provides Infratel to enlarge its presence on the highly segregated market of small businesses.
